George Gallate joined RKG on January 1, 2013 as CEO. George, most recently global chairman of Havas Worldwide Digital, established and ran Havas’s digital network in 1996—one of the first such networks in the advertising industry—and led its expansion globally.
As RKG's Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Scientist, George helped develop RKG’s paid search management system, and has remained involved in the ongoing evolution of our proprietary platform. An acknowledged thought-leader in Paid Search Marketing he sits on Google’s SEM Advisory Council and serves as an unofficial consultant for the Bing product development team.
As RKG's Chief Knowledge Officer, Adam contributes to the strategic direction of RKG’s paid and organic search marketing services, as well as the creation of new initiatives. Adam also drives the development of proprietary SEO toolsets and business development opportunities, while overseeing client strategy. Adam is a top rated presenter at premier industry events such as Search Marketing Expo and SMX Advanced, Searchfest, Nation Association of Government Webmasters, Search Engine Strategies, and Pubcon.

Nicole joined Google in 2011 as part of the newly formed Small and Medium Business Sales team. In January 2013, having developed expertise in scaling proactive support for Google's clients, she transitioned to the Shopping and Emerging Ads team to work on the global rollout of the commercialized Google Shopping model. As part of that team, she was instrumental in developing scalable communication efforts for Google Shopping partners through technical documentation, webinars, Google+ Hangouts, and in-person agency events. Now she is the Partner Education Manager for 15+ products in the Shopping and Emerging Ads vertical.

Todd is responsible for leading RKG’s Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) and Feed Management team. He works closely with his team to ensure that RKG’s CSE and Feed clients receive industry-leading service through proper feed optimization and management. Todd also works with other RKG departments to create strong cross department efforts to strengthen the strategic management for clients. He has presented at multiple RKG Road Shows and Client Summits and is also a contributor on the RKGBlog.

Mike has spent over 10 years in many different areas of the SEM space. From selling SEM services to SMB’s in college to developing and executing strategies for Fortune 500 clients at various online advertising agencies. He has spent the last 7 years selling and helping manage the Search Advertising business at Yahoo and then Microsoft, including engagement with 100’s of advertisers. He now leads a team of talented business analysts and data scientists within the Bing Ads business group, tasked with quantifying and understanding advertiser’s demand for the Bing Ads platform. This includes responsibilities in predicting advertiser behavior, advertiser experiment design, and producing business insights for Advertisers, Sales, Marketing, and R&D. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife, Danielle and new son John, reading science fiction and economics books (separately), and watching the University of Kansas Jayhawks play basketball.

Dhiraj is a senior marketing executive at the cutting edge of marketing innovation with deep experience in both traditional (TV) and new media (Social). Through his work at Facebook and previously at Nielsen, he has advised some of the top marketers around the world on both brand advertising and direct marketing. He brings a unique blend of art and science to his job, leveraging his extensive analytical and engineering background to combine strategy, data and creativity in driving marketing to its new frontier. Currently at Facebook, his team is responsible for driving the growth of Facebook’s Brand and Direct Response advertising solutions. His team executes the go-to-market strategy, including working with top advertisers to implement Facebook’s Ad solutions, training the sales force, educating agencies and ecosystem partners on Facebook Ad products and understanding what works and what does not work to help shape Facebook’s Ads roadmap.

Chris is an experienced GM, product manager and business developer with experience in consumer internet, internet advertising, gaming and mobile. For the last two years Chris has led sales teams at Twitter focused on the Retail, Apparel and Luxury verticals. Before joining Twitter, Chris led the business development team at Wikia, a social site spun out of Wikipedia by Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales. Prior to that Chris co-founded the startup VeryVoo, a venture-backed company that launched the successful photo application PhotoVoo on Facebook. Before that Chris worked in product development with iWin, focusing on building products that improved user experience and drove revenue. Earlier in his career Chris worked in business development and strategic partnerships for the comparison shopping leader Nextag, and was on the forefront of search advertising at Looksmart during the pre-Google era.

As PPC Director, Paul is responsible for planning and strategic support for the PPC team.
