George Gallate joined RKG on January 1, 2013 as CEO. George, most recently global chairman of Havas Worldwide Digital, established and ran Havas’s digital network in 1996—one of the first such networks in the advertising industry—and led its expansion globally.
As RKG's Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Scientist, George helped develop RKG’s paid search management system, and has remained involved in the ongoing evolution of our proprietary platform. An acknowledged thought-leader in Paid Search Marketing he sits on Google’s SEM Advisory Council and serves as an unofficial consultant for the Bing product development team.
As RKG's Chief Knowledge Officer, Adam contributes to the strategic direction of RKG’s paid and organic search marketing services, as well as the creation of new initiatives. Adam also drives the development of proprietary SEO toolsets and business development opportunities, while overseeing client strategy. Adam is a top rated presenter at premier industry events such as Search Marketing Expo and SMX Advanced, Searchfest, Nation Association of Government Webmasters, Search Engine Strategies, and Pubcon.
Tobias Dengel is the CEO of WillowTree Apps, Inc., a global leader in mobile application and mobile web development. Previously, Tobias co-founded As President of the company, he managed its rapid expansion as an early pioneer in packaging online search products, including Google, Yahoo!, MSN and AOL, together for sale to small businesses. After growing to over 60 employees in 2 years, was acquired by, where Tobias continued to work in an executive role until 2009. Tobias holds a BSE in Finance (Wharton) and a BSE in Systems Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
Deitra joined Google in 2003 as a Creative Maximizer & has since worked in Industry Development, Sales Operations, Global Search Strategy & now heads the Social Solutions team for North America, helping large brands to leverage Google+. Deitra earned a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University & a Master's degree from The University of Southern California. In her free time, she is an avid reader, runner & sucker for dogs.

Stacey is a Senior Bing Evangelist at Microsoft. She is responsible for raising awareness and generating excitement around Microsoft’s search strategy and advertising opportunities available through the Bing platform. She is focused on partnering with the advertiser and developer community to increase awareness, demand, and adoption of Bing and Bing Ads. Stacey started her career as a Marketing Manager at an emerging software company where she helped customers understand and appreciate innovative applications on Palm devices. Moving into digital media, she managed the Fujifilm and Circuit City accounts at a boutique agency in New York then made the move to Microsoft as an Account Executive for MSN. Over the years, Stacey held a number of positions related to the launch and development of the Microsoft adCenter platform. In 2010, Stacey joined Kenshoo as a Director of Product Marketing where she developed a customer engagement strategy and helped build out a library of marketing materials. Returning to Microsoft in 2012, Stacey continues to evangelize Bing’s value to consumers and advertisers. Stacey has spoken at a number of industry events such as SES, SMX and the Search Insider Summit. She received a B.S. from Bucknell University and enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in the Pacific Northwest.

As PPC Director, Paul is responsible for planning and strategic support for the PPC team. He works closely with Team Leaders to provide guidance on managing teams and clients, ensuring excellent service and strategy for accounts. He also assists in training the department on internal technologies and new industry offerings. Paul is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds degrees in geophysics and mathematics.

David also manages and leads RKG’s new product teams, refining their service offerings, deliverables, and technology needs. David is a graduate of James Madison University.

Vanessa Fox is the founder and CEO of Nine By Blue, and has spent nearly 20 years working at the intersection of user experience, marketing, technology, and the web. While at Google, she built Webmaster Central and helped launch She is the author of Marketing in the Age of Google, and speaks to audiences worldwide about breaking through organizational silos and incorporating our searching culture into all aspects of business for better customer engagement.
